Comments

The Slovenian IPO considers as urgent: 

  • request by the IPO to amend the patent application, i.e. to be provided with the basic information for a patent application;
  • request by the IPO to amend the trademark application, i.e. to be provided with the basic information for a trademark application;
  • request by the IPO to amend a design application, i.e. to be provided with the basic information for a design application;
  • priority certificate for patents, trademarks and design

In all the cases above the material as well as procedural deadlines are not adjourned.
