Covid-19 procedural deadlines for intellectual property law in France

All physical hearings as of March 16, 2020 have been postponed . Only urgent proceedings are carried out. Some procedural hearings are held by videoconference. 

All deadlines (including limitation periods) ending between March 12, 2020 and June 23, 2020 were extended automatically. The deadlines will be recalculated as of this date and up to August 23, 2020 at the latest.

 All deadlines occurring in the period between March 12, and June 23, 2020 are postponed: (i) to July 23, 2020 if the initial deadline was one month and (ii) to August 23, 2020 if the initial deadline was two months or more.
