Covid-19 procedural deadlines for intellectual property law in Hong Kong

All physical hearings - except for urgent and essential matters - scheduled until April 13, 2020 were postponed.  

Courts/tribunal registries were closed until April 13, 2020. All deadlines (except for some matters listed by the Judiciary on their website) ending during closure were automatically postponed to the next day the registers re-open. 

No automatic extension of deadlines.

Hearings scheduled until April 5, 2020, were adjourned. IPO notified the parties of further arrangements.
