Jøstensen joins CMS Kluge from DLA Piper and will strengthen the firm's position in the insurance market. He has extensive experience in insurance, reinsurance and dispute resolution. He is recognised as a Rising Star in Legal 500 and ranked number one Up and Coming lawyer in Insurance Law by Norwegian Financial Daily newspaper (Finansavisens) in 2023 and 2024.
