- Aroundtown | Advised on the restructuring of the energy supply of its Dutch commercial real estate portfolio, including the development of a new ATES installation for the supply of heat and cold to the INIT building in Amsterdam. Aroundtown is a real estate investor.
- Hana Alternative Asset Management (HAAM) | Advised on the structuring and contracting of the heat and electricity supply as part of the refurbishing of the office building EDGE Amsterdam West to transform the building into state-of-the-art smart, sustainable and healthy offices.
- Ymere | Advised on the outsourcing of the realisation and operation of the ATES installation for the collective heat supply to the tenants of four new apartment buildings with a total of approximately 300 social rental homes located in the Eenhoorn area in Amsterdam.
- BAM Energy Systems | Advised Dutch developer of renewable energy systems BAM Energy Systems on template realisation and operating agreements for ATES installations in commercial real estate.
- AVR Afvalverwerking B.V. | Assisted on litigation against Warmtebedrijf Rotterdam in relation to a dispute with respect to the steam supply to the district heating system.
- Real estate developer Synchroon | Advised real estate developer Synchroon on the realisation agreement and operating agreement for ATES installations in two large real estate projects that are yet to be developed, as well as for smaller ATES installations that are installed in private homes.
