In response to the European Commission's call for consultation on the revision of Directive
2014/24/EU, this report presents a thorough analysis of feedback collected from 11 European jurisdictions: the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Italy, France, Hungary, Poland, England, Switzerland, and Spain. The input is provided by lawyers specializing in public procurement law, each contributing from their own jurisdiction within the international network of CMS. All participating lawyers have extensive experience in public procurement law and represent both contracting authorities and tenderers.

The goal of this report is to make a meaningful contribution to the consultation. The insights
provided by public procurement lawyers and their clients from across Europe will help to ensure that the new procurement Directive addresses the practical needs and concerns of those it is intended to serve. By compiling this diverse range of input, the report aims to offer the European Commission a well-rounded perspective to guide the revision process of Directive 2014/24/EU.
