CMS has advised longstanding client PACCOR Hungary, part of Faerch, on the sale of its blow molding business line operating in Debrecen, Hungary. The transaction was completed as a management buy-out, including a complex transfer of assets, contracts, real estate, employees, IP rights and IT data.
Headquartered in Holstebro, Denmark, Faerch is a leading supplier of circular, rigid food packaging and with integrated recycling capability, with over 5,600 employees serving customers over 6 continents.
