In 2024, CMS maintained its leading position in the European M&A legal advisory market. According to GlobalData, CMS was the top mergers and acquisitions legal adviser in Europe by deal volume, advising on a total of 265 deals.
Additionally, in the first half of 2024, we led by deal volume, advising on 105 deals, making us the only firm to achieve triple-digit deal volume during that period.
