CMS cordially invites you to an interactive HR Roundtable discussion, focusing this time on the European Parliament and Council’s Pay Transparency Directive, which supports the principle of equal pay for equal work.
With the help of our employment law experts, we will review the directive’s key elements and the practical implications for employers. The aim of the event is to engage in a joint discussion about how the new regulation will be applied, how it will be transposed into Hungarian law, and the challenges it may pose.
During the roundtable, we will cover topics such as:
- the purpose and significance of the directive,
- key terms defined in the directive and their interpretation,
- measures required by the directive and the resulting obligations for employers,
- remedies and enforcement provided in the directive.
