EUDR Compliance | Deforestation Regulation
Key contacts
The EUDR puts new demands on your supply chain compliance.
The EU Deforestation Regulation stipulates that companies that
- import certain products into the EU or
- trade with them or
- export them
must meet extensive due diligence obligations. Among other things, they must provide information on the traceability of their products back to the exact location where the raw material was produced (geolocation) and use this information to guarantee that their supply chain is deforestation-free. What is more, the relevant legislation of the country of production must also be complied with. If companies fail to implement the requirements, they face high fines and other penalties.
Thanks to our cooperation with LiveEO, we can offer you a fully comprehensive EUDR compliance solution.
