Application confirmation: once you submit your online application, you will receive a confirmation email right away.
Personal follow-up: Camille Vanhelleputte, our dedicated Recruitment Officer, will personally review your application and get back to you.
Interview invitation: if your application stands out, you will be invited to our office for a first interview. We typically conduct two rounds of interviews, giving you the chance to meet at least two partners, our Recruitment Officer, and possibly some associates.
Skills assessment: depending on the team, you might be asked to complete a test to showcase your analytical and writing skills.
Interview insights: during the interviews, we will discuss your CV, interests, motivations, and experiences. We will also assess your language skills in French, Dutch, and English.
Ongoing support: Camille Vanhelleputte will be your main point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Feel free to reach out to her via email or phone if you have any questions.

Your first day with us is designed to be both exciting and informative.
Morning Kick-off:
You will start the day with an introduction by our friendly IT team who will get you up and running with your PC and iPhone, ensuring you have all the tech tools and information you need to succeed.
Midday essentials:
Camille from HR will guide you through the necessary administrative steps for your insurance and set you up for our online training modules on internal policies.
Afternoon highlights:
Dive deeper into our systems and enjoy a guided tour of our office, either later in the day or within the next few days.
