REWI Practice Day in Graz
Are you a law student in a city other than Vienna, looking for a way to engage with us in person closer to where you are? The REWI Practice Day, organised every year at the University of Graz, is a great opportunity to learn more about career options at CMS. In particular, the CMS summer internship gives you a chance to gain experience in one of Europe’s largest law firms during the university holidays.
Civil Law Moot Court
Moot courts are fictitious court proceedings in which students act as the legal representatives of the parties to the proceedings and argue a case before a fictitious court. This enables them to practise their negotiating skills and to showcase their potential.
The Civil Law Moot Court is jointly organised by the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Vienna’s Faculty of Law. For more information, visit: Moot Court.

Austrian Labour Law Moot Court (ÖMC)
At the Austrian Labour Law Moot Court, teams of two students each compete in simulated appeal proceedings.

Annual Student Interview Program of the NYU School of Law

Overseas-Trained LL.M. Student Interview Program
The Overseas-Trained LL.M. Student Interview Program (OCI) is a project that is run jointly by leading universities in the USA (Chicago, Columbia, Harvard, Michigan, Stanford, Virginia and Yale).
