CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of Masha Ooijevaar as Legal Director in the firm’s Dubai office.
Masha specialises in data protection, privacy and cybersecurity. She advises clients across the MENA region on digital regulation and technology-related legal matters, including data governance, compliance programmes, cross-border transfers, data processing agreements, breach response and emerging AI laws and issues. Based in the region since 2019, Masha acts for multinational corporates, government entities and tech providers.

Masha’s appointment follows the addition of Ken Wong as TMT Partner in the firm’s Riyadh office last year.
