CMS has advised mBank S.A. on the refinancing for the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk by Hillwood Polska.
The newly acquired logistics park, with a leasable area of 43,000 sqm, is located in Gdańsk in close proximity to key transportation routes – the A1 motorway, the Tri-City beltway and the Baltic Hub, underscoring its importance as a central point for logistics in the region.
Hillwood Polska, a leading real estate developer and investor, specialises in logistics, industrial, warehouse, and bespoke e-commerce facilities. This project is the latest logistics park acquired by Hillwood Polska, on which CMS had the opportunity to advise. Previously, CMS has supported Hillwood Polska on financing logistics portfolios across various locations in Poland, including Syców, Rawa Mazowiecka, Łódź Chocianowice, Łyszkowice, Słubice, Piekary, Kalwaria, and Rokitno.
The CMS team was led by Konrad Leszko and Sebastian Łyś, and included Bartłomiej Barański and Krystian Lorenz, under the supervision of Michał Mężykowski (Banking & Finance).
