  3. In case of mortgages securing loans that exceed ALL 10,000,000 (approx. EUR 73,530), the register fee shall amount to ALL 25,000 (approx. EUR 184.00);
  4. In case of legal mortgage, the registration fee shall amount to ALL 1,000 (approx. EUR 7.30).
