As a (junior) associate, you will learn the basics of the profession by working on exciting cases and helping to solve complex legal issues. While you are working with us, you will also benefit from lectures on various legal topics given by our partners and lawyers. A lot of insights are shared in these lectures, and you will also be exposed to different styles. Topics such as negotiation techniques, presentation skills and legal writing are also discussed. You will benefit not only professionally, but also personally. You will engage with colleagues across different departments and therefore network right from the outset.
The further you progress towards becoming an attorney-at-law, the more individualised your development will be. Step by step, you will assume more responsibility and take on more challenging tasks.
